Car wash

Riley has a goal: he wants to save $15 to buy one of the planes from the Disney movie Planes. Every coin he finds or collects he carefully places in his piggy bank. To accelerate the process, he's trying to earn more. First he cleverly sold his dad something -- a $1 chip from a Las Vegas slot machine -- cha-ching!

Now he's working on special chores that might earn him a little more coin. After Neala and Cora's birthday party, I offered him the chance to help me wash my car.

He got one buck for assisting me in the washing process and another dollar for drying the whole dang car himself.  He did an awesome job!

    He would love any paying chores you might have to offer...just don't pay him in chocolate! :) This weekend I asked him to help me sort the laundry. He set his price -- 59 cents -- and earned every penny.
