15 weeks

When Sloane was 15 weeks old, the eastern half of the U.S. was hit by a "polar vortex" that made temps fall far below zero (as low as 50 below in some places!). But here in SF, it was a lovely 65 degrees. It was 5:30 p.m. and dipping down to 59 when I snapped this photo. As the temp dipped, Sloane got to snuggle up in a beautiful blanket made by my awesome cousin Jessica.


























Riley stayed warm donning his Santa hat. Who cares if Christmas had come and gone 10 days prior? He spent the whole weekend in that hat.

Riley even played Santa, bringing Sloane toys. as seen here. It was perfect timing as she's just starting to play with them. This was actually the first time I ever saw her lift a toy to her mouth. Baby girl is growing up!
