Easter with friends
Easter is here! Mom of the year, our awesome friend Casey, once again organized an Easter Egg Hunt for our mom's group. It was so much fun for Riley and his friends. About 25 kids searched for hundreds of plastic eggs filled with stickers, small toys and hand stamps. And then they played at the playground. It was kid nirvana.
Riley loved the hand stamps he found, and covered himself (and us) in stickers.
His friend Evie got into the act, seeking him out so she could very sweetly place a dog sticker on his hand.
Below are pics of several of Riley's friends enjoying the hunt. I only with I could have captured them all!

When the hunt was over, Riley hopped over to the teeter-totter, then rolled around in a parachute with Evie and other friends.
Thanks, Casey, for another great hunt!
The hunt was pretty easy -- most of the eggs were in plain sight on the grass -- but there were a few tricky ones. At one point I coached Riley to find the egg at his eye level. He spun all around but couldn't find it. I think he figured I was lying until he finally spotted it, with pride.
